- Summary of caucus outcome
- Were not able to get the necessary signatures for a referendum in time. However, NY State law may require a mandatory referendum for reducing town judges. Looking into if this State Law supersedes town law.

- Discussion of upcoming caucus in January 2026
- Quick action required: The town board decided on November 25 in a closed-door meeting that Clarkson should only have one judge and not two. Need to get a filing done by December 25 to stop this decision as there are many negative consequences of having only one judge in town.
